Vegan Cheese and Charcuterie Tasting at The Vreamery

Attendees will each receive a Grazing Box showcasing the Best Vegan Cheese and Charcuterie currently being produced. The cheeses will include a soft Fromage, a Cave Aged Brie and a firm Cheddar by artisan makers that have recently been praised by Veg News and New York Times as setting the bar in this rapidly growing niche market. The vegan-based charcuterie will include Salami, Foie Gras and Caviar. In addition to the cheese and charcuterie, attendees will receive crackers, olives, nuts, dried fruit and chocolate.
There will also be sharing the “Herstory” of Vegan Cheese, what companies are at the forefront of the industry, the various ways Vegan Cheese is made and even how easy it is to make at home!
