Join Mujeres de Acción for a networking mixer for San Luis Obispo County women. Network, connect, and collaborate with local business owners, entrepreneurs, and women transforming the community. Bring business cards and materials you’d like to share. We encourage you to support our gracious hosts!
At this event, we are featuring guest speaker Candice Custodio, a private Chef based in North SLO County, specializing in farm-to-table dining. A proud Cal Poly Alumna, a James Beard Legacy Network Cohort Alumna, a previous contestant on the Food Network’s Chopped, the author of “The Versatile Chef”, a wife, mother, and homesteader, Candice is the creative force behind her private dining experiences, her latin inspired supper club, Club SupSup, and At Her Table, a 501c fiscally sponsored organization working to empower women in food, wine, lodging, and hospitality.

We’re excited to host our own special event—a Brunch, Bingo, and Vino Fundraiser at McV Wines! Join us for a fun-filled day featuring delicious brunch by Chef Candice, bingo, and wine. Ticket includes brunch, a glass of wine, and one bingo card. Additional bingo cards and wine will be available for purchase.
This event is part of the annual Wine 4 Paws Weekend, which has brought the Central Coast together every April since 2009 to raise money for homeless animals. On April 26 & 27, over 80 businesses will participate in this amazing cause, with some starting on April 23. When you shop at these participating locations, 10% of your purchase will be donated to Woods Humane Society. Best of all, no ticket purchase or pre-registration is required to support this great cause!
