Events submitted after January 31 may be approved for branding-only, but promotion is not guaranteed.

How much is membership?
$150 annually, per business or individual.
We are collaborating on event, do all participants have to be members?
No, however the primary host or business must be an active member and all participants are expected to follow the guidelines of hosting a branded event.

What At Her Table does (and doesn’t) do
We do:
Approve events for alignment + brand usage
Provide brand assets + credit language
List approved events on our site
Promote paid-tier events beginning February 15
Provide guidance (via email and scheduled meetings)
In applicable situations we can assist with day of permitting.
We do not:
Plan events, staff events, or manage logistics
Handle ticketing or event finances
Provide insurance or assume liability
Guarantee promotion for late submissions
Guarantee responses to text messages or direct messages.

At Her Table Women’s Month is designed to empower hosts to lead independently while benefiting from shared visibility and collective momentum.

No. All events are independently planned, funded, staffed, and executed by the host. At Her Table provides branding approval and promotional visibility only. Guidance can be provided in scheduled meetings.

Yes. The primary host or business must have an active At Her Table membership at the time of application and throughout the event period. Membership is required to ensure alignment, accountability, and year-round community support.

Yes. Hosts may submit multiple events. Branding and promotion fees apply per event.

No. Promotion scheduling is determined by At Her Table to ensure balance and consistency across all events.

Tier upgrades may be requested before January 31, subject to availability. Tier changes after the deadline are not guaranteed.

Yes. One primary host must submit the application and hold an active membership. Additional collaborators may be included in event descriptions.

No. Hosts are fully responsible for all ticketing, pricing, sales, refunds, and financial management.

No. Hosts are responsible for securing any necessary insurance, permits, and liability coverage required for their event.

Yes, provided you comply with all local laws, permits, and insurance requirements. Alcohol service is the responsibility of the host. In certain situations, At Her Table can assist with day of permitting for an additional fee.

At Her Table will still promote the event unless the host requests otherwise.

Hosts must notify At Her Table immediately. Branding and promotion fees are non-refundable. Promotion timing may be adjusted at At Her Table’s discretion.

Panels and discussions
Creative or educational gatherings
All events must align with At Her Table’s mission and values as outlined in the event requirements.

Yes. At Her Table reserves the right to revoke branding approval if an event no longer aligns with brand values or if brand guidelines are violated.

No. Branding approval is event-specific and non-transferable.
