Not only will this unique property provide the perfect setting for the class, but many of the ingredients used in the evening’s cocktails and discussion will be sourced directly from the property’s own botanical and herb gardens.
As you arrive, you’ll be greeted with a signature vermouth cocktail and light bites, allowing you to mingle and explore the property’s gardens before the class begins. At 3:30 pm, Riley Hubba from Hubba Wines will take you on a journey through the history and origins of vermouth, sharing her own personal recipes and insights on the production process. Brooke Town of The Spoon Trade will also be on hand to provide a unique perspective by highlighting the work of other female vermouth producers and adding to the conversation.
